After performing a thorough diagnostic, they discovered several other issues that needed attention. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood what was urgent and what could wait. We addressed the coolant issue for now, but I’ll definitely be coming back to take care of the other recommended repairs. The customer service was truly top-notch. I needed an Uber to go back home, and Nicole immediately stepped in and handled everything. She even ordered the Uber for me, and it arrived within minutes.
