DO NOT RECOMMEND 1) Misquoted over the phone despite pretty simple service request (replace front left AND right axles of my Audi). 2) I show up in person, junior guy sitting at the computer says it's going to be ~$2200 all in when quote was for $1650 all in. They made an error, which happens, but no apology. I wasted my time driving there in the middle of the day. Just an "I understand". Place is also in a rough part of Miami and ramshackle/appears disorganized. Held together by duct tape.
Thank you for taking the time to share this — I'm sorry about the experience. The gap between the phone quote and the in-person quote shouldn't have happened, and even though pricing on European vehicles can shift once we have the car in front of us, that's exactly why we should be more careful on the phone.
