Its been decades since I have had the incredibly positive experience working with anyone as honest, decent honorable, polite, knowledgeable, and effective as Knicole who is on the desk at Greens garage. We had some problems with both of our cars in 1998 BMW and a 2008 Smart car. Nicole has been so I guess the best word would be incredible and handled self magnificently dealing with me and my grandkids whose cars they . Theres been a fair amount of follow up and follow through and Knicole has not stopped for one second to do everything she can to make sure we as customers are treated well and that the cars are being carefully worked done getting their issues fixe. iNicole has hands on made sure the work that was done and is being done at Greens is being done with the utmost of care. I hope that the management the boss is the owners of Greens know that they have a true gem working for them thank you Nicole. You are one special special human being.

This was the MOST SEAMLESS garage experience I've ever had. Needed a last-minute check on some electrical issues. Brought my vehicle in and after being greeted promptly by Omar (ask for him, he's straightforward, polite, and detailed), a plan was made and I returned within 24 hours with the problem solved with no hassle or miscommunication at all. Their text and digital-friendly interactions, paired with "check-in" calls and clear communication, had me asking what I could do for them when they were finished. Seriously.
