Went there because AAA had them on list; 1. AAA came to jump my 2021 Subaru Outback battery (had just purchased (not Green Garage) new one. AAA said my battery needed to be recharged fully (i had just purchased new battery from other AAA shop 8 days prior). tech said I need to go to a AAA shop that can fully charge it/doesn’t know why drained/not charging fully. Green Garage was on the list of local AAA places to get a charge. 2. I called Green and asked if they could charge the battery. He said not enough time today and said I could drop it off. Drove over. 3. he came over and looked at his diagnostic thing and said it needs an alternator and if I leave it with him they will replace it. I asked if he could see how charged it was and he said I’d have to shut engine to determine that. I asked if I could leave it to get fully charged like the other guy said it needed and that Green Garage said he could do when I spoke to him on the phone. He said the shop is not equipped to fully charge batteries. Hunh? Then why did he say, on the phone, they could? But he again offered to replace my alternator. No thanks. I won’t be back. I called Subaru; I had just been there week prior (for unrelated things) and they did a full diagnostic check and all (including alternator) was fine. Service person said he’s never had an alternator problem and my car had checked out fine. mystery unsolved as of yet but I will never go back to Green for anything, including AAA covered things.

Went in there at the last minute to get my air conditioning fixed. And despite having a full plate of their vehicles to serve, they knocked me out by 5 o'clock. Got me cool ready to go, awesome job guys.

Every time I take my Range Rover to GG’s, I have to take it back to be fixed again…and again, because it fixes my problem every time. They do excellent work. I like the inspection, which lets me stay abreast of and plan future timely maintenance; and the staff is friendly, their prices are a good ways into the bark park, they do the job right first out, and reasonably timely. I have my routine maintenance and repairs done there. Take your vehicle there. They’ll fix it.

. They kept my car for over a week. Did not fix anything , damaged the body and cracked the rim. I only discovered after the car left the facilities and they do not my return phone calls

Good evening, I completely understand your frustration regarding the damage to your vehicle, and I want to help in any way we can. For every vehicle that comes into our shop, we take detailed photos both when it arrives and when it leaves. Our documentation shows no damage present while the vehicle was in our care or at the time it left. Regarding the rim, we were the ones who identified the cracked rim and brought it to your attention, as it was the cause of the tire constantly losing air. Once you asked us to address the issue and we discovered the crack, we let you know that this is not a repair we are able to perform in-house, and we installed the spare tire so the vehicle could be driven safely. When your employee picked up the vehicle, a full walk-around was completed and no damage was pointed out at that time. This vehicle has not been on site at the garage since 06/16/2026. As far as us not repairing anything, the vehicle was brought back to us for a noise concern that we once again confirmed was the same as our previous diagnostic with the noise concern coming from the AC Compressor. You chose to decline the work for the last 2 visits. We value your business and genuinely want to find a resolution.
