. They kept my car for over a week. Did not fix anything , damaged the body and cracked the rim. I only discovered after the car left the facilities and they do not my return phone calls
Good evening, I completely understand your frustration regarding the damage to your vehicle, and I want to help in any way we can. For every vehicle that comes into our shop, we take detailed photos both when it arrives and when it leaves. Our documentation shows no damage present while the vehicle was in our care or at the time it left. Regarding the rim, we were the ones who identified the cracked rim and brought it to your attention, as it was the cause of the tire constantly losing air. Once you asked us to address the issue and we discovered the crack, we let you know that this is not a repair we are able to perform in-house, and we installed the spare tire so the vehicle could be driven safely. When your employee picked up the vehicle, a full walk-around was completed and no damage was pointed out at that time. This vehicle has not been on site at the garage since 06/16/2026. As far as us not repairing anything, the vehicle was brought back to us for a noise concern that we once again confirmed was the same as our previous diagnostic with the noise concern coming from the AC Compressor. You chose to decline the work for the last 2 visits. We value your business and genuinely want to find a resolution.
