Best hybrid EV mechanics in Miami, however they only have 1 hybrid guy and if he is on vacation, you're SOL

Im very glad with this place! Very fast to get your car looked at and communication was great and very detailed, everyone was very friendly. They even have a system so you can pick up your car after hours. Just got my car back a few days ago and so far so good.

We've been trying to reach you to have the rugs cleaned or offer you a reimbursement if you've already had the rugs cleaned. We agree that the rugs should have been better protected and we let our team know that it is unacceptable. Please give us a call so we can resolve this for you and again we apologize that the rugs we're not protected.

Had engine rattle in our MDX. Another shop said the engine had to be replaced. Got a second opinion from these guys, and they said it was just timing belt. They replaced it at 1/3 the cost of an engine replacement, and it sounds great now. Appreciate the honest answer! Great to work with in all ways, as well.
