Holli and the whole office staff are very friendly and accommodating! They got me an Uber to CocoWalk while I waited and listed all my necessary repair online so I can see what needs to be done and at what price. The quoted repairs were out of my price range, but Holli informed me that their quotes can be honored withing 30 days and they have some financing options available! I'm a fan of good customer service, and now I'm a fan of Green's Garage!

My insurance company informed me that I needed a car inspection report since I had recently moved to FL from another state. I selected Green's Garage to do the inspection because their ratings were off the charts on every social media platform I consulted...and Green's really lived up to their great rep. The garage is skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Great staff, mechanics, superior performance on every level including the convenience and ease of making an appointment and handling all of the paperwork. They even offer complimentary Uber services. What's not to love? I will certainly be a return customer for all of my automotive needs. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

Dealer quoted $2600 job to fix the air conditioning in a BMW I3 stating that because the car is electric there was some sort of problem with a module. Decided to get a second opinion from Green’s Garage Because it seemed to be the only one certified to deal with electric cars. They quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and double checked before returning it to me. They gave me a full copy of the diagnostic results with a very detailed receipt for services rendered. Everything for a little over $200. As you may imagine, my car is never going back to the dealer again. Thank you for your honesty and transparency Green’s Garage.

Omar Nall is awesome. Extremely helpful- followed up making sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and concerns. Great sense of urgency and overall customer service.

This shop is very good! Omar listened to my concerns and took notes of everything I told him. Then they will do their complimentary bumper to bumper inspections. From there Omar told me what they found in my vehicle and helped me prioritize the things that needed to be fixed for my and my family’s safety. When Omar told me if I were one of his family members he will take care of the things that will keep me safe driving my car on the streets. From there he got me. He sent me pictures and updates about what they found in my car. I feel that what they are doing is not to rip your wallet but to help you fix your car. I discussed with him the priorities and helped me what to take care first and saved the rest for the next project when I recovered back my expenses. They don’t rush and kept my vehicle overnight. I totally understand because he has to order all the parts needed and fix it all together. Not like other shops I’ve been to that they will promise you the vehicle will be ready whenever they decided, then when the time came it was still not done because some parts they ordered were not the correct ones and they have to fix the parts that they broke which was not on the list and of course they charged me every time they broke something telling me that it was expected anyways (I felt I got ripped right away). But with Green’s Garage they did what you have agreed on and no surprises. The only surprise was when I drove my vehicle after the service it feels solid and like new again. With this experience with Green’s Garage I will continue to do business with them until they tell me to buy a new vehicle. This shop have good people taking care of other people like their families. I will bring my other vehicle for services to them from now on. I hope and pray they will continue to do the same thing and I will be a regular customer to Green’s Garage and will encourage other customers to use their services. Thank you very much guys.
