I took my Jetta in for service a few weeks back after a terrible dealership experience. Green's Garage is now the only place I will take my cars. Javi was attentive and always took time to address any concerns I had. While they are by no means cheap I believe that you get what you pay. I highly recommend making them your first call should you have any problems with your vehicle.

I've taken my Prius there for service on two occasions. WIthin 2 hours of dropping it off, Javi identified the problems, proposed possible solutions, and executed the repairs within 24 hours.
