We service additional makes we don't have dedicated pages for — Volkswagen, Smart, Genesis, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, INFINITI, Tesla, Fiat, Scion, plus classic British (Triumph, MG, classic Mini), classic Italian, and certain classic American platforms. The pattern matters more than the brand: if it has an internal combustion engine and the work falls within A/C, brakes, maintenance, suspension, or basic diagnostics — and isn't on the German engine/transmission exception list — we can almost certainly help.

For European luxury brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, MINI Cooper), we maintain dealer-level scan tool access sufficient for the A/C, brake, maintenance, and suspension service categories we perform. We do not run BMW ISTA, Mercedes XENTRY, Audi ODIS, or Porsche PIWIS for engine or transmission work — for that depth of diagnostic capability on those brands, we recommend a dedicated brand specialist.

A generic OBD-II reader pulls emissions-related codes — about 5% of what a modern vehicle's computer knows. Manufacturer platforms read the other 95%: air suspension faults, transmission learn parameters, hybrid battery cell data, infotainment modules, ABS calibrations, immobilizer codes, advanced safety system fault history. For anything more complex than an emissions warning light, you need the manufacturer platform.

Why is "JLR Group" listed as one specialty instead of three separate brands? Land Rover, Range Rover, and Jaguar all sit under unified Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) corporate ownership. They share the PATHFINDER factory diagnostic platform, the Ingenium engine family on most modern platforms, the ZF 8HP transmission, and largely the same air suspension architecture. Our PATHFINDER investment, our JLR-specific training, and our parts inventory all apply across the three marques. Treating them as one specialty position honors how the manufacturer actually engineers them. A customer with a Range Rover Sport and a Jaguar F-Pace in the same household gets the same depth of service on both vehicles.

Do you really service all these brands at a manufacturer level? For our five specialty positions — Jeep, the JLR Group, Subaru, Mazda, and Volvo — yes. We maintain active diagnostic platform licenses for PATHFINDER, wiTECH 2, Subaru Select Monitor SSM-IV, Mazda's factory tool, VIDA, plus HDS for Honda and Acura, and Toyota Techstream for Toyota platforms (including the Toyota-derived hybrid hardware in Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid). For German European brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, MINI Cooper), we maintain dealer-level scan tool access for the A/C, brake, maintenance, and suspension work we perform — but we don't run the German factory engine platforms, and for German engine internals or complex multi-system diagnostics we'll refer you to a dedicated specialist.

Will having you work on my car void my factory warranty? No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, independent shops can service your vehicle without voiding the factory warranty, as long as we use equivalent parts and procedures. We document everything to manufacturer specification for your records.

Do you work on classic and vintage vehicles? Yes.
