I used to love and trust this place, but I am just realizing I just got ripped here paying $149 for a brake flush even though I brought my own brake fluid. They also don't let you bring your own engine oil anymore, so I will be taking my car somewhere else from now on. They are nice and have good mechanics and what not; but I would have paid the same amount If I had gone to the dealership, so why come here? At least I would have got a loaner car while my car was getting serviced. Edit: After checking prices in the area, i found a shop with great reviews that replaces brake fluid for $59. So i am realizing i got completely ripped off. Never coming back again. I suggest doing research before taking your car to a shop. Don’t go just because you had been there before.
Emre, As a courtesy we used the brake fluid and engine oil fluid you provided and explained that it would no longer be permissible due to insurance liability. If you'd like to review the policies, pricing or procedures at the shop please contact us directly and we can give you specific examples of the complications that can arise when using parts that are not sourced by our service advisors directly. Our pricing is informed by an industry wide guideline with specific times for each and every service, our technicians are ASE certified, our parts are carefully sourced for durability and our quality of service is comparable to the dealership often with a quicker turnaround time so that a loaner car is not necessary. We've been servicing South Florida since 1957 and we've always strived to improve on a daily basis by listening to our customer's feedback. Our policies are in place to protect your vehicle and to ensure standards of practice. Again, I encourage you to contact us so that we can further review your work order. JR
