MKZ Hybrid Battery Replacement
Before we replace a hybrid battery we first do a full system scan to ensure that the 12 volt system which is needed for network communication is working, then we check for any secondary HV faults and perform a full vehicle visual inspection. We offer hybrid battery replacement with a warranty ranging from 18 months to 3 years. After replacing a hybrid battery we check for software updates, test drive the vehicle no less than 10 miles and perform a final vehicle scan.
